The Story...
Dinger's Deli- a vegan food cart founded 2018 in Portland, Oregon by Chef Brian Steadham from NYC. Re-creating classic meaty NY-style sandwiches, entirely with plant-based ingredients. House-made, high-quality vegan meats continue to receive top accolades. Relocated to The Uncanny PDX 2024 to 2026, we continued our legacy of serving up the classics Ya'll know and Love. As we look toward our future Location, we forward to seeing Ya'll again!
